Les séparateurs d'huile FE-OL à bande éliminent les huiles vagabondes des bacs de réfrigérant des machines CNC, rectifieuses et laveurs. La conception brevetée à bande collecte en continu l'huile flottante en surface.
En éliminant les huiles parasites, les déshuileurs FE-OL prolongent la durée de vie du réfrigérant de 2 à 5 fois et améliorent la qualité d'usinage. Disponibles en largeurs de bande de 25 mm à 1400 mm.
OIL SEPARATOR 25 (FE-OL), 200mm
Vanishing Oil separator with its polyurethane belt 25 mm wide. It is recommended for lathes and milling machines with cooling tanks containing up to approx. 2000 liters. Work at a maximum temperature of 50 º. Its extraction capacity is 1.5 liters / hour. The best results are obtained when operating at 4.5 volts FEOL approx. 6 rounds / min. The FEOL is manufactured in three versions, with lengths using 200, 600 and 1400 mm. Intermediate steps can be supplied on demand. FEOL has conceived an easy-to-use system to separate lubricating oils from watery emulsions that get mixed in the trays of cnc tools machines or in centralised trays, bringing about various problems such as bad smells, deterioration of emulsion and/or skin irritation. These problems mean the machine has to be stopped frequently in order to replace the emulsion, thus leading to higher operating costs. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Check that there are no extraneous objects blocking the belt. By means of the special clamp, fasten the FEOL device to the trays from which the oil is to be removed; for the MAXI FEOL, use the clasp supplied. A tray should be placed alongside to collect the oil thus drawn off. Connect-up to the mains power supply. Make sure that it rotates the correct way. POWER SUPPLY Voltage rating: from 100V to 250V - 50 Hz 18W. Speed settings with potentiometer: 3 - 4.5 - 6 - 7.5 - 9 - 12 volts. Pack of 2 replacement wiper blades for FE-OL oil skimmer. The blades act as scrapers that remove oil adhered to both sides of the polyurethane belt during its upward travel, depositing the collected oil into the collection container. Wear part recommended for periodic replacement to maintain separation efficiency.
Electric Motor FEOL
Replacement electric motor for FE-OL oil skimmer. Drives the upper pulley that pulls the polyurethane belt through the coolant tank for tramp oil collection. Includes dustproof wiring protection. Compatible with standard FE-OL models, speed regulated via the system power supply with potentiometer.

Drawing Wheel FOR BELT MAXI

Stainless Steel Scraper FEOL
Replacement stainless steel tube for FE-OL oil skimmer. Forms the structural body of the skimmer, through which the polyurethane belt travels between the upper drive pulley and the submerged lower wheel. Made from stainless steel to withstand continuous contact with cutting fluids, emulsions and industrial oils.

Comment fonctionne un déshuileur à bande ?
Une bande continue traverse la surface du réfrigérant, collectant l'huile flottante par adhésion. Elle passe ensuite par un racleur qui dépose l'huile dans un bac de collecte. Le processus fonctionne en continu sans surveillance.
Quelle capacité d'élimination d'huile ?
Dépend de la largeur de bande. Une unité FE-OL de 200 mm élimine environ 2-5 litres par heure. Les modèles de 1400 mm traitent plus de 20 litres par heure.
Compatible avec tous les réfrigérants ?
Oui. Huiles solubles, réfrigérants synthétiques, semi-synthétiques et eaux de lavage.
