Large parts. Multiple processes. Coordinated production.

Manufacturing capacity for engineering teams, equipment builders and specialist workshops.

Parts beyond your current machine size

Source long profiles and large plates without adding another machine to your workshop. We review the drawing, material and handling requirements before confirming feasibility.

Several processes, one coordinated order

Combine cutting, machining, forming and welding where the part requires it. Agree the drawing revision, inspections and delivery scope through one commercial contact.

A subcontract partner for your workshop

Use additional capacity for busy periods or specialist work. You remain the contact for your customer; we agree confidentiality, labelling and delivery arrangements with you before accepting the order.

Before you send an enquiry

How do I send CAD files?

Use the Email drawings link to send STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG or dimensioned PDF files. The form records your initial enquiry; files are sent separately by email. Include material, quantity, drawing revision and any critical tolerances.

What are the maximum cutting dimensions?

Available waterjet tables reach 16,000 × 4,000 mm and laser sheet capacity reaches 13,000 × 3,000 mm. Waterjet thicknesses up to 150 mm may be possible. These are equipment maxima: material, geometry, handling and required quality must be reviewed, and the maxima are not a guarantee in combination.

How long do quotation, production and delivery take?

Our target for an initial response is 1–2 working days after a complete enquiry. A firm quote may need further technical or freight review. Production and transit times depend on the order and are confirmed separately in the quotation.

Can you supply material and inspection certificates?

Request the required EN 10204 3.1 certificates, inspection reports or welding qualifications with the enquiry. We verify availability, traceability and the relevant production partner’s certification scope before accepting the order. No sector approval is implied for every job.

Can I subcontract while keeping my customer relationship?

Yes. Gleam can quote as a subcontract supplier to your workshop, while you remain your customer’s commercial contact. Agree confidentiality, branding, delivery and any direct contact arrangements in advance. Machinery supply and contract manufacturing are available as separate services.

Who invoices the work and how is VAT handled?

Gleam Equipment Limited issues the quotation and invoice in EUR. Payment terms and VAT treatment are specified for the transaction. A VAT number alone does not establish eligibility for reverse charge. Delivery terms, including any import obligations, are agreed in the quote.
