Our portable equipment range includes handheld fiber laser welding machines, laser cleaning systems and laser marking units. These compact, mobile systems bring laser precision to the workshop floor or job site — no need for large fixed installations.

Handheld laser welders (1000W–3000W) produce clean, precise welds on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium and copper. Portable laser cleaners (100W–500W) remove rust, paint and coatings without chemicals. All units include integrated cooling, safety systems and ergonomic welding/cleaning heads.

SLAG CLEANER TW2300 — Industrial Slag Removal Machine

Professional 2300W slag removal machine SLAG CLEANER TW2300 for cleaning laser and plasma cutting table slats, cutting beds and support grids. High-strength all-copper motor with tungsten carbide arc-tooth blades for efficient bidirectional dross removal. Compatible with both smooth flat bar slats and serrated sawtooth slats, 3 to 8mm thick, minimum 30mm spacing. Cleans a full cutting bed in approximately 40 minutes, a single rack in 20 seconds. Precisely controlled blade pressure removes bonded slag without cutting into or deforming slats, extending slat life 2-3x. Portable with wheels and U-handle, single-operator, no consumables. Ideal for steel warehouses, boilermaking shops, metalwork fabrication, shipbuilding and manufacturing plants. Reduces downtime and fire risk from slag buildup. 1-year warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use a handheld laser welder outdoors?

Yes, but with precautions. The unit needs a clean, dry power supply and the work area must be shielded from wind (which can affect the shielding gas coverage). A portable enclosure or wind screen is recommended for outdoor use. The units are air-cooled or water-cooled and operate on standard 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase power.

What training is required to operate portable laser equipment?

Basic operator training is included with every machine purchase. Laser welding is significantly easier to learn than TIG welding — most operators achieve good results within 1–2 days. Laser safety training covering eye protection, work area setup and emergency procedures is also provided.

What is the difference between pulsed and continuous wave laser cleaning?

Pulsed lasers (typically 100–300W) deliver energy in short bursts, ideal for delicate surfaces where heat control is critical — mould cleaning, heritage restoration, electronics. Continuous wave lasers (200–500W+) deliver higher average power for faster cleaning of industrial surfaces — rust removal, paint stripping, weld preparation.
