Are your waterjet parts compatible with my machine?
Our parts are OEM-compatible and fit Accustream, OMAX, Flow International, KMT Waterjet and most other major waterjet brands. If you are unsure about compatibility, send us your current part number and we will confirm the correct replacement.
What is the difference between 60K and 94K parts?
60K (60,000 PSI / 4,137 bar) is the standard operating pressure for most waterjet systems. 94K (94,000 PSI / 6,480 bar) is the ultra-high-pressure range used by newer machines for faster cutting speeds and improved edge quality. Parts are NOT interchangeable between pressure ratings — always match the correct pressure class.
How often should I replace waterjet consumables?
Mixing tubes typically last 40–120 hours of cutting depending on abrasive type and pressure. Orifices last 40–100 hours. High-pressure seals in the pump should be replaced every 500–1000 hours. We recommend keeping critical spares in stock to minimise downtime.
