We supply OEM-compatible consumables and spare parts for Raytools fiber laser cutting heads, the most widely used cutting heads on Chinese-manufactured fiber laser machines worldwide. Our stock covers the full range of Raytools models including BT240, BM111, BM114 and BM109.

How often should I replace Raytools protective windows?
Inspect protective windows daily. Replace lower protective windows when you see burn marks, pitting or reduced cutting quality — typically every 1–4 weeks depending on cutting conditions. Upper protective windows last longer (1–3 months). Always clean windows with proper lens tissue and isopropyl alcohol, never with compressed air alone.
Which Raytools cutting head model do I have?
The model number is printed on the head body. BT240 is the most common auto-focus head. BM111 is a manual-focus head for lower-power machines. BM114 is a heavy-duty head for high-power cutting (6kW+). If unsure, send us a photo and we will identify it.
Do you stock nozzles for all Raytools heads?
Yes. We carry single-layer and double-layer nozzles in sizes from 0.8mm to 5.0mm diameter, compatible with all Raytools models. Single-layer nozzles are used with nitrogen (for stainless steel and aluminium), double-layer nozzles with oxygen (for carbon steel).
