Gleam already supplies Aqualon waterjet spare parts. These abrasives are the consumable that goes with that work: two garnet meshes in 25 kg bags (sold as a 3-bag pack) and one 25 kg bag of silicon carbide.
Pack sizes and mesh numbers come from the product labels. We do not invent a cutting speed or a life in hours. Ask if you need a tonne pallet instead of bags.
Mesh 80 garnet
Three 25 kg bags. The usual finishing mesh on many waterjet tables.
Mesh 30/60 garnet
Three 25 kg bags. Coarser mix for heavier cutting.
Silicon carbide 106 µm
One 25 kg bag. A harder abrasive than garnet; use only where the process calls for it.
