The HM-WJ 4020 is our largest CNC waterjet cutting machine with a 4000x2000mm working area, designed for heavy industrial applications. Its powerful 55 kW high-pressure pump delivers 420 MPa with 5.7 L/min flow rate for faster cutting of thick materials. Features a motor-driven 3D cutting head for precise bevel and angled cuts, Yaskawa servo drives, HIWIN/ROUST linear guides, and RENISHAW laser compensation. Ideal for shipbuilding, large-format stone processing, structural steel, and aerospace composites. Complete turnkey installation with water treatment, CNC abrasive feeder, oil cooling system, feed water chiller, and comprehensive training program.
