MIXTRON proportional volumetric dosing pumps are designed for mixing liquids at precise ratios without requiring electricity. Powered entirely by water pressure, they provide accurate, consistent dosing for a wide range of applications including waterjet cutting fluid, agricultural irrigation, livestock hygiene and industrial cleaning.
All MIXTRON pumps feature Viton or EPDM seals for chemical compatibility, variable ratio adjustment (typically 0.2% to 5%), and flow rates from 200 to 3000 litres per hour. They install directly in-line with no external power supply, making them ideal for remote or hazardous environments.

How does a MIXTRON dosing pump work without electricity?
MIXTRON pumps are water-powered — the flow of water through the pump drives a piston that draws in and injects the chemical concentrate at a precise ratio. No electricity, batteries or compressed air needed. The dosing ratio is adjustable via a dial on the pump body.
What is the difference between Viton and EPDM seals?
Viton seals resist petroleum-based chemicals, solvents, fuels and acids. EPDM seals are better for water-based solutions, alcohols, ketones and alkaline products. Choose Viton for aggressive chemicals and EPDM for general-purpose water-based dosing.
What flow rates are available?
