MIXTRON is not limited to irrigation. Its proportional volumetric dosing pumps use water flow and pressure to draw concentrate into the line without an external electrical supply. Applications include metalworking and process fluids, livestock, irrigation and fertigation, vehicle washing, water treatment, and cleaning or disinfection. MIXTRON also manufactures a separate family of high-pressure pumps.
Across the proportional dosing range, model capacities extend from 750 to 13,000 litres per hour and model-specific dosing ratios span 0.03% to 10%. These figures describe the overall range: each model has its own flow, pressure, dosing and material limits. Confirm the liquid, concentration, temperature, minimum and maximum flow, line pressure and installation arrangement before choosing a configuration.

The maximum quality in all mechanical machining, such as too duration and correct wear, starts with calibrated lubrication and cooling in all phases. The use of our doser connected to the water mains, to supply the water necessary to prepare the lubri-coolant solution and tank (or the lubricant oil supply line) is the only method able to guarantee perfect and constant a correctly dispensed mix in the required percentage to obtain maximum quality. No. Fertigation is one application sector. The range also serves metalworking and process fluids, livestock, vehicle washing, water treatment, cleaning and disinfection, alongside a separate high-pressure pump family.
How does a proportional MIXTRON dosing pump work?
Water passing through the unit drives its dosing mechanism, which draws concentrate and injects it in proportion to the water volume within the selected model's operating envelope. No external electrical supply is required at the dosing point.
What information is needed to select a model?

What is the difference between a dosing pump and a high-pressure pump?
